NTC 2024 Winner
Y.O. Moosing was the Name of the Cow winner for 2024. While this entry may not have received quite as many votes as some others, this is the reason we say anyone can win a prize. The Top 10 favorite photos are picked by the public, then they get presented to the Market Vendors to vote on the new name. Number of friends (or lack thereof) on social media doesn't stop you from being able to win a prize in our Name the Cow Promotion.
NTC 2023 Winner
Paper Towel was the winning Name of the Cow for 2023. . Here's a short bit on what mom shared with us on how he picked the name. We heard about the contest on social media so I added it to my list to have my kids pick a name themselves and get a picture with the cow. My son is 3 and I asked him “what do you want to name the cow??” He sat and pondered in the car and all of a sudden said “Paper Towel!” I questioned him at first and he was very sure. “Yes Paper Towel the cow, it rhymes mom!” The smile on his face told me that was in fact his final decision. I wrote it on the paper and he even said “Hi paper towel!” When we got out for the picture! He was so proud of his choice and we’re so happy this is his first contest that he’s ever won and it was all on his own!
NTC 2022 Winner
Winnie the Moo was the winning Name of the Cow for 2022. Winnie is our 16th entry in our Name The Cow Promotion 2022. As of this year's contest, Photoshop images were allowed, but as per Contest rules the only prize they do not qualify for is Most Creative.
NTC 2021 Winner
Daisy Mae was the winning Name of the Cow for 2021. Way to go Daisy Mae, you only had 27 public votes, and yet you have won the Name the Cow Prize for 2021 - 2022 as a cash prize worth $100 hand picked by the market vendors from the Top Ten most voted photos by the public vote.
NTC 2020 Winner
Buttercup was the winning Name of the Cow for the year 2020. It was unfortunate that as one of her first duties, she needed to inform everyone that our 10th Anniversary Celebration had to be cancelled due to the ongoing pandemic.
NTC 2019 Winner
Sunshine was the winning Name of The Cow for the year 2019. Although Sunshine only had 60 votes from the popular vote, the name was one of the Top 10 that were voted on by the Vendors, and won the Grand Prize.
NTC 2018 Winner
Mookie was the winning Name of the Cow for the year 2018. Mookie only had 19 votes from the popular vote, but as part of the Top 10 was chosen by the Vendors as the winning Name of the Cow for 2018. Looks like someone had chocolate milk on their mind, and wanted it very freshly made, right from the source. Go Mookie!
